JadyK Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your JadyK purchase! While we don’t offer refunds, we do allow exchanges to help you find the perfect fit or style.

🔁 Exchange Eligibility

- Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase

- You can exchange for any in-stock item — it doesn’t have to be the same style, color, or size

- Each order is eligible for up to 2 exchanges

🚚 How to Exchange

All exchanges must be processed through our Return Center. If your item qualifies, you’ll be able to choose from two return label options:

1. Print at home

2. Download a QR code to print the label at your local Post Office

Once the return label is scanned by the Post Office, your exchange order will be created and shipped.

🛍️ Return Shipping Costs

- At checkout, you can add Return Shipping Protection for $1.98

            - This gives you access to a free return shipping label if you need to exchange

- If you don’t add the protection, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, but you can still generate a label via the Return Center

📦 Important Notes

- Orders cannot be canceled or edited after submission — please double-check your billing, shipping info, and applied discounts before completing your purchase

       - Discounts cannot be applied after checkout

⚠️ Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Because our items are intimate apparel, we do not resell returned merchandise. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we offer exchanges only.

💳 Price Differences

- If your exchange item costs less than your original item, we’ll email you a gift card for the difference

     - If it costs more, you’ll simply pay the balance during checkout
