Helping Hands™ is one connected, removable pad instead of two separate inserts. It's designed to add gentle lift and shaping while keeping both sides together. Look for Helping Hands™ in the product description to see which styles include it.
Can I wear my bralette without the padding?
Absolutely! On styles with Helping Hands™ removable padding, leave it in for added shaping and coverage or take it out for a more natural feel. Removing the pad changes the shaping and coverage, so choose what feels best to you.
How do I choose my size? Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Selected bralettes are offered through 2X/3X, and selected briefs and boxers through 3X. Sizing varies by style, so use Find My Size on the product card or check that item's size chart. For a fuller bust, compare both your band and cup size with the chart.

Can I make a matching set?
Yes! Pair your Arya bralette with coordinating CurveLock™ briefs or boxers where available. Choose your top and bottom sizes separately for your fit. Check each listing for available colors, prints, and sizes.

What are the bras and underwear made of?
Fabric blends vary across our smooth, ribbed, lace, and JellyLuxe™ styles. Check the specific product's description and garment label for its materials and care instructions.
How should I wash my bralette?
For our Helping Hands™ bralettes, remove the padding before washing. Gentle hand washing is recommended. If the care instructions allow machine washing, use cold water, a delicate cycle, and a lingerie bag. Use mild detergent and line dry. Always follow your item's care label.
Exchanges & returns
What if my order doesn't fit? Can I get a refund?
For eligible purchases made directly on JadyK.com, we offer exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Our standard retail policy is exchange-only; we don't offer refunds. Because these are undergarments, we can't resell returned items.
Start through our exchange portal, where you can check eligibility, create your exchange, and generate your shipping label.
Is the return shipping label free?
If you purchased the free-returns option at checkout, you can create a free return label through the portal for an eligible exchange. If you didn't purchase that option, you can still use the portal to create your exchange and purchase a return label.
