Return / Exchange Policy
Please read the below policy in full before starting a return to confirm your return meets all requirements.
Thank you for your purchase from JadyK! We are sorry if this order did not work out for you, and we want to make it right! Please use the return portal below to start the return process. But first, make sure your order meets the following conditions:
Conditions for Return/Exchange
1) All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of reciept of item. The reciept of item is based on the day the tracking # shows it was delievered, so please open and check items immediately upon reciept.
2) All items must be:
- In its original condition, including all tags still attached
3) Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. This includes any promotions (e.g. "Subscribe and Save"), events (e.g. Black Friday Sales), or marked down items.

For Returns - Once you have started the return process at the below link, and the return has been accepted, please mail your items to the following address:

JadyK does not cover any postage or shipping charges incurred as the result of returns. It is the customer's responsiblity to ensure the package has the correct postage to be delivered.
*Please note, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges until we have recieved and inspected the product. We recommend that you keep record of all tracking information for returns for future proof of delivery.
**You must include the orginal packing slip with order number in your shipment to expidite the refund process. If the packing slip is not included, the refund can be delayed.
*** There is a $8 restocking and handling fee for refunds. However, this fee does not apply for exchanges.
**** Please allow up to 10 business days after we have recieved your returned items for the refund to be processed.
Requirements for all exchanges are the same as the return policy above expect for any differences noted below.
For Exchanges - We can only complete exchanges for items that are the same style as the original order.
If you would like to exchange a style for a different size or color, please follow the steps for returns above, HOWEVER please clearly mark on your packing slip the new color/size you need.
We will do our best to accomodate your request. In the even that the color/size requested is no longer instock, we will process as a return per the above return guidelines.
**The $8 restocking fee will be waived for all exchanges.
In the event that you wish to exchange your item for a different STYLE, please just place a new order at jadyk.com and begin a return for the orginal item. However, on the packing slip, please indicate that this is an EXCHANGE and include the new order number so that we can waive the $8 restocking fee.
Review the requirements above and make sure your return qualifies! If so, please open a return request at our return center!
All returns are up to management's discretion. Upon inspection, if the items do not meet the above conditions then the refund can be refused and item will be returned. The customer will be notified if a return is rejected due to not meeting the above conditions for return. The customer will be resposible for all shipping charges for returned items that do not meet all above return requirements.
Shipping labels to retrieve ineligibly returned items can be purchased through USPS.com and emailed to email@example.com
If you have returned ineligible items and do not provide shipping labels for their return within 5 business days of notice, the items will be dontated to a local charity.
